I am the President of Tmariehastye, INC. and co-owner of 3:16 Studio & Co., a Greensboro native, a graduate of Dudley High (Class of 1999) and a proud Aggie!! Can I get an AGGIE PRIDE!!

Prior to becoming a Certified Cosmetologist and licensed Cosmetology Instructor, I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and a Masters degree in Business Administration. For 7 years, I was an Accountant for a Fortune 500 company in Richmond, VA.  It was in Richmond VA where I gained my professional expertise; and, a passion for serving at St. Paul’s Missionary Baptist Church as a member of the Wedding Services Ministry. I also gained valuable knowledge in general hair care and natural hair education from LB Beauty Academy located in downtown Richmond, VA.

My professional purpose is to assist family, friends, peers, colleagues, and clients with enhancing their essence and beauty to reflect their true selves. My true passion is to help you exude your natural beauty in every stage of your life journey, especially when serving others during their most memorable and remarkable life events. I love to create and provide ease and clarity in determining your overall beauty goals and aspirations.
